Data collected

Two parts of the website can receive personal data. The contact form: name, email address, subject and message, sent only to answer your request. The editorial assistants (Concierge, Archiviste, Conseil, available on the French pages): the text you freely choose to submit, processed only to produce the answer shown on screen.

AI assistants

The website’s assistants are opt-in: no processing takes place unless you deliberately enter text. The submitted text is sent to the model provider that powers the assistant concerned — Mistral AI (European Union) or Anthropic (United States); the provider is shown under each assistant. Under their API terms, these providers do not use submitted data to train their models. No conversation history is kept on the website side: one interaction is one round trip, with no database. The website’s technical logs record usage metrics (timestamp, volumes, latency) with a truncated IP address; the content of your messages is not included.

Purpose and legal basis

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of answering contact requests sent through the website. No data is used for marketing, profiling or resale to third parties.

Retention period

Data from the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.

Hosting and processors

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States); data passing through the website goes through its servers, where technical logs are kept. Contact form submissions are routed by Formspree Inc. (United States) to the data controller’s mailbox. Text submitted to the AI assistants is processed by Mistral AI (European Union) or Anthropic (United States), depending on the assistant used. No other processor has access to personal data.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website sets no advertising cookies. Audience measurement relies on Vercel Analytics, a cookieless tool that aggregates page visits without identifying visitors. No audience data is used for advertising or resold. The AI assistants set no cookies: the session identifier they use is stored in your browser (sessionStorage) and disappears when you close the tab.

Query parameters and fragments of page addresses are removed before being sent to Vercel Analytics. Names, emails and messages from the form are not included in audience data.

Your rights
